We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We only cover return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items, including custom sizes or personalised designs

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Natural variations in wood grain, knots, colour, or minor movement are normal characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order separately


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty

  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider
