Orders & Lead Times

How long will my order take?

All of our furniture is handcrafted to order, so please allow 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be made and dispatched. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once work has started, we are unable to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.


Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard Delivery — Free
  • Express Delivery — £8.99
  • 8-Week Scheduled Delivery — £50.00

How will my order be delivered?

  • Small items (e.g. shelves) — via Evri
  • Medium to large items — via Parcel Force
  • Heavy or oversized items — via a 2-man courier service

Assembly

Does my furniture require assembly?

Most tables are delivered flat-packed for safe transit. Assembly is simple and requires only an 8mm spanner


Samples

Can I see a sample before I order?

Yes — we offer free samples so you can check finishes and materials before committing to a purchase. Contact us to request yours.


Bespoke & Custom Orders

Do you offer bespoke or custom-sized furniture?

Yes! We love working on bespoke projects. Visit our Bespoke Furniture page to find out more, or get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Can I return a bespoke item?

Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable as they are built specifically to your specifications. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.


Returns & Damage

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

As all items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review all dimensions and details carefully before purchasing. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.
