We want you to love your DK Fabrications furniture. Every piece is handcrafted to order in the UK, so please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Items
Because all of our furniture is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product dimensions, finishes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing — we're happy to help you make the right choice.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the item before unpacking fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will assess the damage and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom-sized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are built specifically to your requirements. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming your bespoke order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once work has started on your piece, we are unable to cancel the order.
