Shipping Information

At DK Fabrications, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order in the UK. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your furniture arrives.

Lead Times

All of our furniture is made to order, so please allow 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be crafted and dispatched. We never rush our work — every piece is built with care and precision by our dedicated team.

If you need your item by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Options

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We offer three delivery options at checkout:

• Standard Delivery — Free
• Express Delivery — £8.99
• 8-Week Scheduled Delivery — £50.00 (ideal for planning around your schedule)

Delivery Methods

The courier used to deliver your order depends on the size and weight of your item:

• Small parcels (e.g. shelves, smaller accessories) — delivered via Evri
• Medium to large items (e.g. coffee tables, TV stands) — delivered via Parcel Force
• Heavy or oversized items (e.g. large dining tables, outdoor furniture) — delivered via a 2-man courier service to ensure safe handling and placement

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Assembly Instructions

Most of our tables are delivered flat-packed for safe transit. Assembly is straightforward and typically requires just an 8mm spanner. Full assembly instructions are included with your delivery.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Larger pieces are wrapped and secured to protect against transit damage. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Lead times for bespoke or custom-sized pieces may vary depending on the complexity of the build. We'll confirm your estimated delivery window when your bespoke order is confirmed. Find out more on our Bespoke Furniture page.
